This notice explains, under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the personal data processed through xsecurelabs.ai.

Data controller

Personal data processed

When you send the contact form, only what you write is processed: your full name, business e-mail address, company and title, the agents you are interested in and your message. When you visit the site, the hosting server also keeps a technical log of your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and browser details. To limit abuse, the form keeps your IP address pseudonymised as a keyed digest; that record is deleted about a day after its last use, when a later form submission runs the clean-up.

How data is collected

Data is collected electronically in two ways: by you when you fill in and send the form, and automatically by the server when you visit the site.

Purposes and legal basis

Form data is processed only to answer your request and arrange a meeting, because it is directly related to entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and under XSecure’s legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f). Server logs and the IP digest are processed under legitimate interest to keep the site secure and prevent abuse. Your data is not used for marketing without your consent.

Transfers

Form messages reach us as e-mail through our company e-mail service, Google Workspace, and are kept there; this service, whose servers may be abroad, and the site’s hosting provider act as data processors. Your data is not shared with any other third party, sold, or passed on for advertising.

Retention

Form data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for the periods the law requires, then deleted or anonymised. Server logs are kept for the hosting provider’s retention period.

Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it is; learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used for that purpose; know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it is transferred; ask for incomplete or incorrect data to be corrected; ask for it to be deleted or destroyed under Article 7; ask for corrections and deletions to be notified to those third parties; object to a result against you that arises solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.

Adanus Park No: 21C D: 14, 34880 Kartal / İstanbul, Türkiye, by registered electronic mail (KEP) or secure electronic signature, or from an e-mail address you have already given us and that is on record, to advisory@xsecure.com.tr. We answer free of charge within 30 days.
